• What is B Nutrition?

  “You Are What You Eat” is our motto and our mission is to provide everyone with healthy and quality meals. We prepare home cooked, ready to eat meals and deliver to your doorstep daily.

• Why B Nutrition?

  In today’s world, quick, healthy, and simple food is difficult to find. That’s why we offer a healthy meal delivery service with freshly cooked food, delivered directly to your doorstep daily!

  1. No more planning or cooking, all you need is to enjoy your meals.
  2. Our bowls are designed by chefs and nutritionists and thus are well portioned making sure you get all the nutrients you need.
  3. Only fresh and local products are used. We do not use any refined sugars, additives, preservatives, GMOs which makes it so much better!
  4. B Nutrition is eating well without ever compromising on taste!

• How does B Nutrition work?

  It’s easy!

  1. You pick: Choose your meals from our weekly selection.
  2. We cook: Our chefs will take care of everything for you.
  3. We deliver: Daily!
  4. Enjoy 🙂

  → If you don’t want to choose your meals each week, we will take care of it for you. We will select them carefully based on your preferences.

   

• How long does B Nutrition’s meals stay good for?

  Our meals typically stay good in the fridge for 2 to 3 days from the day you receive them. Some can also be frozen and thus, can stay good up to 3 months.

• What if I have food allergies, intolerances, or ingredients I dislike?

  For all food intolerances or allergies, just let us know and we will use other products if necessary.

• Where can I get information on the nutritional values?

  We are not big believers in calories as we truly trust listening to your body is much more important.

  We’d like to help people release the need to count calories, carbs, and all that comes with it. We’d like everyone to start looking at food as nourishment, rather than a total caloric number. Calorie counts are only an estimate and eating additional calories from real food (as natural as possible) versus processed food is key. Our bowls are packed with nourishing foods, plenty of whole grains, vegetables and healthy fats.

  However, if you’d like to know how many calories are in one specific meal please do not hesitate to contact us and we will let you know.

• How does the B Nutrition subscription work?

  You have the option to purchase 5 or 10 meals depending on your preferences and what works best for you! You’ll then be able to select your delivery days throughout the month. Your subscription is fully flexible, you can choose different meals each week, and even skip or cancel deliveries easily via your online account. Just make sure any changes to your subscription are done at least 48 hours before delivery so that our team has enough time to organise everything for you.

• How long do I subscribe for?

  By subscribing to B Nutrition you have no fixed time commitment. You can skip deliveries, switch meals, modify your options or cancel your subscription directly in your online account. • How do I modify or cancel my subscription?

  Simply log in to your account and go to the “My subscription” section and manage all details from there

• Can I test your meals without subscribing?

  Of course! We offer the option to opt for a one off order. Simply click on “order” and select the bowl you wish to order 🙂

• When is my card charged?

  Your card is charged when you purchase a bowl or a new subscription and then on the same date the following month (when on subscribed).

• Where and when do you deliver?

  We currently only deliver in Geneva, Switzerland where we cover most of the central postcodes. If you can’t seem to order to your desired address we might not be delivering there – yet. However, our team is growing and we are working hard on expanding our delivery range.

• How much does the shipping cost?

  It all depends on your location. Any delivery in the center of town will have a CHF 5.- base fee. Incremental costs can imply non central location.

• Can I get my box delivered at work? At home?

  Of course! Our aim is to make your life easier! Therefore, we will deliver anywhere you wish as long as it’s located in our delivery range.

• How much does a B Nutrition meal cost?

  It all depends on the plan you choose. If you purchase 10 bowls the price will be more advantageous than if you opt in for 5. Exact prices are displayed in the subscription section. We also charge a base delivery fee (based on zip code) depending on where you’d like your meal to be delivered to.
